Ingredients
  

Ribs
  • 2 pounds pork ribs Baby back or spare ribs
Dry Rub
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat
Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Your favorite brand

Method
 

Prepare the Ribs
  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs for better flavor and tenderness.
  2. Mix all dry rub ingredients in a bowl and rub generously over the ribs.
Air Fry the Ribs
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  3. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Add Sauce
  1. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs.
  2. Let the sauce caramelize for the remaining cooking time.
Serve
  1. Remove the ribs from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
