Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast trimmed of excess fat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
Onion
  • 1 medium onion sliced
Garlic
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
Beef Broth
  • 1 cup beef broth
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Rub the beef chuck roast with smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Place the seasoned beef on top of the onions in the crockpot.
  4. Add minced garlic and pour beef broth over the beef.
  5. Pour BBQ sauce over the beef, ensuring it's well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender and shreds easily.
Serving
  1. Remove the beef from the crockpot and shred it with two forks.
  2. Return the shredded beef to the crockpot and mix with the sauce.
  3. Serve on buns or with your favorite sides.
