Ingredients
  

Beef
  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast trimmed of excess fat
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite brand
Vegetables
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the sliced onion and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Season the beef chuck roast with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. Place the seasoned beef on top of the onions and garlic in the crockpot.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce over the beef, ensuring it is well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender.
  2. Once cooked, shred the beef using two forks and mix it with the sauce.
Serving
  1. Serve the BBQ beef on buns, or with sides of your choice.
