Prepare the Blueberries
- In a large saucepan, combine the blueberries and lemon juice. Mash the blueberries slightly with a wooden spoon to release their juices.
Cook the Jam
- Add the sugar and pectin to the saucepan. Stir well to combine and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently until the mixture thickens.
Jar the Jam
- Remove the saucepan from heat and ladle the hot jam into sterilized jars. Seal the jars while hot.
- Allow the jars to cool completely at room temperature before storing them in the refrigerator.
