  • 1/2 cup bourbon preferably a smooth bourbon
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves or peach jam
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium recommended
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger freshly grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine bourbon, peach preserves, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.
Marinate the Wings

Grill the Wings
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove wings from marinade and discard the marinade.
  2. Place wings on the grill and cook for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a nice char.
