  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Dressing Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Slaw
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated apple, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Combine and Serve
