Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Mash Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower Cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup Milk Or cream for a richer taste
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Unsalted
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese Grated, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Cauliflower
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower florets and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Drain the cauliflower in a colander and let it sit for a few minutes to remove excess moisture.
Mash the Cauliflower
  1. In a blender or using a potato masher, combine the drained cauliflower, milk, butter, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend or mash until smooth and creamy.
  2. If using, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
Serve
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve warm as a side dish.
