Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup Nutter Butter Cookies Crushed
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Method
 

Prepare Ice Cream Base
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and creamy peanut butter until well combined.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Churn Ice Cream
  1. Pour the chilled mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
Add Mix-ins
  1. During the last few minutes of churning, add the crushed Nutter Butter cookies and chocolate chips.
Freeze
  1. Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
