Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Dairy
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and sliced zucchini, cooking until zucchini is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Blend the Sauce
  1. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and dried basil.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve
  1. Pour the creamy zucchini sauce over your favorite pasta or serve as a dip.
