Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients
  • 2 cups cucumbers sliced
  • 1 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
Dressing Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon dill fresh or dried

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. Slice the cucumbers and red onion thinly. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, salt, black pepper, and dill.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the sliced cucumbers, red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the dressing. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for a chilled salad.
