  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk divided
Orange Layer
  • 1 cup white baking chips
  • 0.5 teaspoon orange extract
  • 2-3 drops orange food coloring preferably gel or oil based
  • 0.5 cup sweetened condensed milk

Method
 

Chocolate Layer Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Pour the chocolate mixture into a prepared pan and spread evenly.
Orange Layer Preparation
  1. In another saucepan, combine white baking chips and remaining ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Add orange extract and orange food coloring to the white mixture, stirring to combine.
  3. Pour the orange mixture over the chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  4. Allow fudge to cool and set before slicing into squares.
