Ingredients
  

Breading
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese for breading
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 piece Egg for breading
Pasta & Sauce
  • 1 2 Chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 6 oz Fettuccini Noodles
  • ¼ cup Butter divided
  • 1 tsp Garlic Clove minced
  • ¼ cup Flour for sauce
  • 1 ½ cup Milk
  • cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for sauce
  • Fresh parsley to serve

  • Non-stick skillet
  • Mixing bowls
  • pot for boiling pasta

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine breadcrumbs, flour, parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Break the egg into another bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken strip in the egg mixture and toss in the breadcrumbs.
  4. Make the pasta according to the package instructions.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick skillet to high and add half of the butter.
  2. Cook the chicken until fully browned on both sides, reserve and cut into strips.
  3. Add more butter to the skillet and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute then add the flour; cook until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Add the milk, cooking for a few minutes or until the sauce thickens. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add the pasta to the skillet and mix well to coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve the pasta topped with chicken and fresh parsley.
