- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in the crispy rice cereal and Lucky Charms cereal until well combined.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan and press down firmly.
- Add rainbow sprinkles and chocolate chips on top, pressing them into the mixture.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
