Main Steps
  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, melted butter, lemon or orange juice, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine white granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in the orange zest and fresh cranberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by mixing orange juice, confectioner's sugar, and orange zest in a bowl.
  9. Once the bread is done, let it cool before drizzling with the glaze.
