Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 8 slices white or whole wheat bread
Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup sliced deli turkey or ham
Decorations
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes for eyes
  • 1 cup black olives sliced, for eyes
  • 1 cup fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Bread
  1. Using a bunny-shaped cookie cutter, cut the bread slices into bunny shapes.
Make the Filling
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with shredded carrots and sliced cucumbers.
  2. Spread the mixture onto half of the bunny-shaped bread slices.
  3. Layer sliced turkey or ham on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Top with the remaining bunny-shaped bread slices to form sandwiches.
Decorate
  1. Use grape tomatoes and black olives to create eyes on the sandwiches.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley around the sandwiches for a festive touch.
