Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 medium Russet Potatoes peeled and sliced
Cheese Sauce
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Topping
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Method
 

Prepare the Potatoes
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sliced potatoes with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Make the Cheese Sauce
  1. In another bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and milk until smooth.
Assemble the Casserole
  1. Layer half of the potatoes in the greased baking dish. Pour half of the cheese sauce over the potatoes.
  2. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and cheese sauce.
Add the Topping and Bake
  1. In a small bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  2. Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
