Ingredients
  

Truffle Base
  • 1 package Oreo cookies Crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
Coating
  • 12 oz white chocolate Chopped or chips
  • 1 cup sprinkles Easter-themed

Method
 

Prepare the Truffle Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to firm up.
Form the Truffles
  1. Once chilled, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  2. Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Coat the Truffles
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  3. Immediately sprinkle with Easter-themed sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate the coated truffles for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
  2. Serve chilled and enjoy your festive Easter treat!
