Ingredients
  

Brisket
  • 3 pounds beef brisket trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons smoky paprika
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup beef broth
Sliders
  • 12 mini slider buns slider buns toasted
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce for serving
  • 1 cup coleslaw for topping

Method
 

Prepare the Brisket
  1. Preheat the smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the smoky paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
  4. Place the brisket in the smoker and cook for about 5 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).
  5. Remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
Assemble the Sliders
  1. Slice the brisket against the grain into thin pieces.
  2. Place a few slices of brisket on each toasted slider bun.
  3. Top with barbecue sauce and coleslaw.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
