Ingredients
  

Cocktail Base
  • 4 cups frozen watermelon cubes Use seedless watermelon
  • 1/2 cup tequila Silver tequila recommended
  • 1/4 cup lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur Such as Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup Adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1 cup ice Optional for extra chill
Garnish
  • 1 slice lime For garnish
  • 1 slice watermelon For garnish
  • coarse salt For rimming glasses, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Glasses
  1. If desired, rim the cocktail glasses with salt by rubbing a lime slice around the rim and dipping it in coarse salt.
Blend the Ingredients
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur, agave syrup, and ice (if using). Blend until smooth.
Serve
  1. Pour the margarita mixture into the prepared glasses and garnish with a lime slice and a watermelon slice.

Notes
