  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce preferably a smoky variety
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Mixing the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, barbecue sauce, yellow mustard, and lemon juice.
  2. Whisk the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more honey for sweetness or mustard for tanginess.
