Ingredients
  

Shrimp
  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional, for thickening
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch until well combined.
Cook the Shrimp
  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to turn pink.
  2. Pour the sauce over the shrimp and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until the shrimp are fully cooked and the sauce has thickened.
Serve
  1. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
