Cooking the Soup
- In a large pot, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pot.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Add the riced cauliflower, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the cooked bacon before serving.
