Ingredients
  

Lamb Mixture
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp harissa paste
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
Flatbread
  • 4 pieces flatbread store-bought or homemade
Toppings
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1 cup tomato diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Lamb
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, minced garlic, harissa paste, cumin, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb mixture and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
Prepare the Flatbread
  1. While the lamb is cooking, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 5 minutes.
Assemble the Dish
  1. Remove flatbreads from the oven and top each with the cooked lamb mixture.
  2. Add diced cucumber, tomato, and red onion on top of the lamb.
  3. Drizzle with yogurt and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
