  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Milk Soaking Ingredients
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon for garnish

Method
 

Bake the Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and baking powder together.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture and combine well.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden.
Soak the Cake
  1. Allow the cake to cool, then soak it with a mixture of sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk.
Prepare the Topping
  1. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  2. Spread the whipped cream over the soaked cake.
  3. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top before serving.
