Ingredients
  

Tostadas
  • 4 pieces tostada shells store-bought or homemade
Peach Topping
  • 2 cups fresh peaches diced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional for sweetness
Chile Sauce
  • 1 medium jalapeño seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled

Method
 

Prepare the Tostadas
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.
Make the Peach Topping
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced peaches, lime juice, and honey. Toss gently to combine.
Prepare the Chile Sauce
  1. In a blender, combine jalapeño, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
Assemble the Tostadas
  1. Spread the peach mixture evenly over the crispy tostadas. Drizzle with the chile sauce.
  2. Garnish with chopped cilantro and crumbled feta cheese before serving.

Notes

For a milder flavor, use less jalapeño or remove the seeds. Adjust sweetness of the peach topping to taste.
