Ingredients

Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or milk chocolate chips
Peanut Butter Filling
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

Prepare Chocolate Coating
  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Assemble Peanut Butter Cups
  1. Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, just enough to cover the bottom.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spoon the peanut butter mixture into each chocolate-lined cup, filling them about halfway.
  4. Top each cup with more melted chocolate, ensuring the peanut butter is fully covered.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
