Ingredients
  

For the Margarita
  • 2 oz Tequila Preferably silver
  • 1 oz Triple Sec Or any orange liqueur
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice Juiced from about 1 lime
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice Freshly squeezed or store-bought
  • 1 slice Jalapeño Seeded and sliced
  • 1 tbsp Agave Syrup Adjust to taste
  • Salt For rimming the glass Optional
  • Ice For shaking and serving

Method
 

Prepare the Glass
  1. If desired, rim the glass with salt by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it in salt.
Mix the Margarita
  1. In a shaker, combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, pineapple juice, jalapeño slice, and agave syrup.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Serve
  1. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  2. Garnish with a slice of jalapeño or pineapple if desired.

Notes

Adjust the amount of jalapeño to your spice preference. For a milder drink, remove the seeds and membranes.
