Ingredients
  

Chia Pudding Base
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberry Layer
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice to enhance flavor

Method
 

Prepare Chia Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again to prevent clumping.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until it thickens.
Prepare Strawberry Layer
  1. In a separate bowl, combine sliced strawberries with lemon juice and let them macerate for about 10 minutes.
Assemble Pudding
  1. Once the chia pudding has thickened, layer it in serving glasses with the macerated strawberries.
  2. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with strawberries on top.
