  • 1 cup Greek yogurt preferably full-fat
  • 1 medium cucumber peeled and grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dill fresh or dried

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth or paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
