Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 cup Zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup Bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and slice all vegetables into thin, even pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
Cooking
  1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add the vegetables to the wok and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and stir well to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
